Subscriber agrees not to allow phpbesthost equipment and services to be used for activities specifically prohibited in the phpbesthost Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) below.

Spam.

We do not allow our servers or resources to be used in any way to facilitate the sending or sending of Spam mail (unsolicited commercial email).
phpbesthost does not support, allow or host Safe Lists.
phpbesthost does not support sites that give away free email accounts or free hosting accounts on a commercial basis.
phpbesthost does not support Hacking or any perpetration of security breaches.
phpbesthost does not support, allow or host IRC servers or gaming servers.
phpbesthost does not support, allow or host game sites including flash based games.
phpbesthost does not support, allow or host warez sites.
phpbesthost does not support, allow or host rapidshare sites.
phpbesthost does not support or allow Autosurf Scripts.
phpbesthost does not support or allow torrent tracking.
phpbesthost allows 1 account per website or domain.
phpbesthost does not support allow or host webmail interfaces or any other mailing related software without written permission from phpbesthost Support (we provide a webmail interface with all of phpbesthost accounts).
phpbesthost does not support the custom installation of any kind of webstatistic analysis script on their servers. phpbesthost provides clients with webstat statistics calculated using log files that are processed every 24 hours.
phpbesthost does not support, allow or host any form of pornography.
phpbesthost does not support, allow or host Child pornography or any activities harmful to minors.
phpbesthost does not support, allow or host fraudulent activity.
phpbesthost does not support, allow or host Trademark or Copyright infringement.
phpbesthost does not support, allow or host Network attacks or any unfriendly effort to effect service on another network or server.
phpbesthost does not support, allow or host Virus distribution.
phpbesthost does not support, allow or host Anonymous gateways.
phpbesthost does not support, allow or host MLM (Multi Level Marketing) or MLM related type sites, or email promotion/marketing sites.
phpbesthost does not support, allow or host pharmacy or prescription related sites.
phpbesthost does not support, allow or host hate sites.
phpbesthost does not support, allow or host Any scripts that can create shell login access to the server.
phpbesthost does not support, allow or host Any proxy sites.

Shipping and Delivery Method :

Our team will ship the products purchased within the next 24 hours after payment is fully processed and approved.
Since this is an online product, we will deliver your account information to your registered email, the email that you registered when you made the payment. No other email can be used for account creation.


Payment schedule:

One-time payments! What this mean? This means that if you wish to keep your website with our company, after your contract term expires, ( one month or six months ) you have to come back to our purchase page and buy again.


Free Accounts

phpbesthost only allows one per customer.

Backups

Backups are the customers responsibility, and whilst we do create backups of our own, we do not guarantee that we can restore any account for any given date.

Account Cancellations

All plans can be canceled within seven days of the next billing cycle. This will prevent the next billing cycle from debiting the customer's credit card/check account. You must contact us to inform us of the cancelation.
All prices listed on our site are in US Dollars.

Affiliate Program

phpbesthost reserves the right to amend the Affiliate scheme without notice.Any changes to the scheme will be advised via the website.

IP Blocking

phpbesthost reserves the right to block IPs from known spam addresses and high-risk IP addresses known for hacking and virus sending. phpbesthost does this to protect both servers and customers from viruses, spam emails and hacking. Customers who would like to report spam IPs can contact support@zzhosting.com. Customers who would like to have further information regarding IP blocking can contact support@zzhosting.com. phpbesthost DOES NOT block out entire country IP ranges.

MySQL Databases

A maximum size of 100 Megabytes is permitted.
phpbesthost does not support, allow or host Mysql only accounts, for access externally.

Dedicated IP

Accounts that include a dedicated IP should use the IP as per ARIN / RIPE guidelines, i.e. for SSL.

Network Usage Policy

phpbesthost reserves the right to prevent any single user's domain from using a significant proportion of the server's bandwidth to the extent that the domain's usage diminishes the quality of service for other users on the server.

Abuse

phpbesthost will not tolerate abuses of our servers including but not limited to,
Applications/scripts/software that a client runs on our servers that cause the server to load beyond a reasonable level. E.g. 100% CPU usage for a prolonged period.

Abuse of support.

phpbesthost will not tolerate Abuse of support staff or the support system in general.
phpbesthost reserves the right to terminate any subscriber's account whom does not meet the AUP above.
Please note that this AUP is subject to change and it is the Customer's responsibility to regularly check for modifications.
phpbesthost does not issue refunds for terminating service due to suspected AUP violations.
Service Claim

Anyone who wants to claim for a service credit, due to an issue with their hosting must do so within 24 hours of the incident, and report it via the billing system using there registered email account.

Refunds/Credit are given when you send an email to sales@phpbesthost.com if you are in the 40 days money back guarantee period.


Indemnification:

Subscriber agrees to indemnify phpbesthost from any claim, demand, loss, cause of action, liability, cost or expense, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees, which may be incurred by or asserted against phpbesthost which results from any active negligence on the part of Subscriber or Subscriber's employees, Subscribers or agents.
Subscriber agrees to indemnify phpbesthost from any claim due to the loss of service or data for any reason.
phpbesthost reserves the right to amend or otherwise change this agreement by publishing the updated service agreement on the phpbesthost Web site.
